Hướng dẫn xóa dữ liệu / Data Deletion Instructions

Cách 1 — Gỡ ứng dụng khỏi Facebook / Instagram

1. Facebook: vào Cài đặt và quyền riêng tư → Cài đặt → Ứng dụng và trang web, chọn ReelPagePost và bấm Gỡ.
2. Instagram: vào Cài đặt → Ứng dụng và trang web, chọn ReelPagePost và bấm Gỡ.

Sau khi gỡ, mã truy cập của chúng tôi bị vô hiệu hóa ngay và công cụ không thể đăng bài hay đọc dữ liệu từ tài khoản của bạn nữa.

Cách 2 — Xóa trong công cụ

1. Đăng nhập https://socialhub.synd.vn.
2. Ngắt kết nối từng kênh trong danh sách kênh để xóa mã truy cập và thông tin kênh.
3. Hoặc vào Cài đặt → Xóa tài khoản để xóa toàn bộ tài khoản, tổ chức, kênh và bài đăng.

Cách 3 — Gửi yêu cầu qua email

Gửi email tới zeburbaseemc@hotmail.com với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu", kèm email đăng nhập hoặc tên Trang/tài khoản Instagram đã kết nối. Chúng tôi sẽ xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan trong vòng 30 ngày và phản hồi xác nhận qua email.

Option 1 — Remove the app from Facebook / Instagram

1. Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select ReelPagePost and click Remove.
2. Instagram: go to Settings → Apps and websites, select ReelPagePost and click Remove.

Our access tokens are revoked immediately and the tool can no longer publish to or read data from your account.

Option 2 — Delete inside the tool

1. Sign in at https://socialhub.synd.vn.
2. Disconnect each channel from the channel list to delete its tokens and details.
3. Or go to Settings → Delete account to delete your whole account, organizations, channels and posts.

Option 3 — Request by email

Email zeburbaseemc@hotmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include your sign-in email or the connected Page/Instagram account name. We will delete all related data within 30 days and confirm by email.
